How it works
About Miriam
Miriam Medrano provides appointment-based notary service for people and businesses in Naples, Florida. She is bilingual and can help clients in English or Spanish.
Miriam checks each signer's ID, confirms they are signing willingly, and completes the required notarial certificate. If you are unsure which appointment option to choose, send her a message before booking.
Before you book
A notary may identify signers, administer oaths or affirmations, take acknowledgments, and complete allowed notarial certificates. A notary cannot choose the correct document, draft legal language, give legal advice, or notarize when a signer is not personally present.
If your document has special requirements, confirm them with the receiving agency, attorney, lender, or document issuer before your appointment.
