VIN inspections for Florida title paperwork
Miriam provides in-person VIN verification in Naples for eligible vehicles. Have the vehicle available and bring the form requested by your tax collector, such as HSMV 82042.
A mobile appointment lets Miriam inspect the vehicle at an agreed location. Tell her how many vehicles need verification when you request the appointment.

Acknowledgments
Used when a signer confirms they signed a document willingly. This may be needed for deeds, powers of attorney, and business paperwork.
Oaths, affirmations, and jurats
Used when a signer swears or affirms that the contents of a statement are true and signs in front of the notary.
Copy certification
Available for eligible documents when Miriam makes or supervises the copy. Certified copies of birth, death, and marriage records must come from the issuing agency, as must public records with an official custodian who can issue copies.
Before your appointment
Prepare the signer, ID, and document
- Bring valid photo ID. Each signer needs current government-issued identification that can be reviewed at the appointment.
- Wait to sign. Most documents should be signed in front of the notary. If your document has special instructions, follow the document issuer's directions.
- Check document requirements. If you are unsure what certificate or document you need, ask the receiving agency, attorney, lender, or document issuer before the appointment.
