Naples Notary Public
Privacy Policy
How Naples Notary Public handles information submitted for appointments and questions.
Effective date: August 16, 2026
Information we collect
Naples Notary Public collects the information you submit so Miriam Medrano can respond to your message, schedule an appointment, and follow up about payment or service details.
Appointment requests may include your name, contact details, preferred time, service location, document type, expected notarial-act count, and payment status. Do not submit Social Security numbers, full document images, or sensitive legal details through the contact form.
How information is used
Information is used for appointment scheduling, customer service, payment administration, fraud prevention, bookkeeping, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information or use appointment information for unrelated marketing.
Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in consent are not shared, sold, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you choose to receive appointment alerts, your phone number is used only for those alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Information we share
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, deliver messages, or keep records. We do not share mobile opt-in data, text-message consent, or message-originating phone numbers with third parties for their marketing.
Website visits
We keep a private first-party count of page visits so the business can understand whether the website is being reached. The traffic summary uses a daily one-way visitor hash, does not use advertising cookies, and does not store raw visitor addresses in the summary. Traffic records are kept for up to 45 days.
Payments and records
Online card payments are handled by a secure payment processor. Naples Notary Public does not store full card numbers. Message and appointment records may be retained privately for scheduling, bookkeeping, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Your choices
You may decline to provide information, request removal of your alert phone number in the admin portal, or reply STOP to text alerts at any time.
